EagleFest 2009 Tickets Now On Sale!
It’s not too early to start thinking about Teatown’s Fifth Annual Hudson River EagleFest, which will be held on Saturday, February 7, 9 am to 4 pm. The event will be headquartered at Westchester County’s Croton Point Park. This celebration of the winter return of the Bald Eagle to the Hudson Hills and Highlands is a special event you will not want to miss!
General admission is free, but some special activities have small fees. We’ve just begun selling tickets to these events, and we suggest you reserve early, before they sell out.

- The Arm of the Sea Theater – “City that Drinks the Mountain Sky” tells the epic tale of New York City’s water supply as told in the elemental beauty of mask and puppet theatre. Shows will be at 11:15 am and 1:45 pm and tickets are $5.
- Close Encounters with Birds of Prey – Bill Streeter of the Delaware Valley Raptor Center will give a thrilling demonstration featuring his eagles, hawks and owls. Shows will be at 10 am & 12:30 pm and tickets are $5.
- Eagle Exploration Bus Tour – Travel by charter bus with an environmental educator to view eagles in their natural habitat! 12 & older. The two-hour tour is $15 per person.
